1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VYRE IDE platform, waitlist, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VYRE IDE is a desktop, agentic integrated development environment. Our services include controlled collaboration tools, autonomous AI agents, and secure peer-to-peer (P2P) networking solutions for software development teams.

Currently, VYRE IDE is in a closed Beta phase. Waitlist access does not guarantee immediate access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service via OAuth providers. You agree not to disclose your session tokens or access tools to any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or destructive software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our servers or AI systems.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, AI models, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VYRE IDE and its licensors.

Your Code is Yours: You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights to the code you write, collaborate on, or process using VYRE IDE. We claim no ownership over your source code.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI Agents are designed to assist in writing and fixing code, they are experimental systems. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying any code synthesized or edited by VYRE Agentic AI before deployment to a production environment.
