At VYRE IDE ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information and code. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our desktop agentic IDE services.

Our core philosophy is built on absolute privacy: we NEVER train our AI models on your private codebase, and your workspace data is end-to-end encrypted.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services securely:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication tokens provided by OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). We do not store passwords.
• Usage Data: Basic telemetry, error logs, and performance metrics to improve our IDE. This data is fully anonymized.
• Waitlist Data: Information provided voluntarily when joining our beta queue.

3. Code Privacy & AI

Your code remains yours. Any code processed by VYRE Agentic AI is handled ephemerally in secure, isolated containers. We strictly adhere to a zero-retention policy for codebase contents in our machine learning pipelines. We do not use your proprietary code to fine-tune or train any foundational models.

4. Data Security

Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II compliant. We utilize standard security measures including OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for authentication, short-lived JWT tokens stored in HttpOnly cookies, and TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit. Collaborative peer-to-peer (P2P) connections utilize secure WebRTC channels.
